  1. Sunday Obligation: All the faithful remain dispensed from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass until further notice.

  1. THINK: Those who have been in contact with the virus, exposed to the virus, or shown symptoms at any time in the previous 14 days are to stay home. It is preferable and prudent to ask parishioners to take their temperature at home prior to coming to Mass.

  1. Social Distancing:  We will practice social distancing, before, during and after mass. Please show your charity towards others by keeping a 6-foot distance between you and other households. This includes the Sign of Peace during Mass; a nod or gentle wave can convey

  1. Masks: The faithful aged five (5) and above are strongly encouraged to wear your mask at Church and during the Mass, except for the brief moment of receiving Holy Communion.

  1. Registering for Mass:  We are using Vanco Events, an online tool, to have the faithful sign up for Mass.  You will receive email each week with a link to sign up for either daily masses or weekend masses (and instructions on how to do it).  Registering for mass is helping us to provide for the social distancing and other protocols given to us at this time.  If you do not have online access, please call the parish office to register!

  1. Communion:

    1. The aisles are marked with 6-foot increments to help you social distance in line.

    2. Make a gesture of reverence – (ex: Bow of the Head)

    3. Respond with the usual “Amen”

    4. If wearing a mask, lower it to receive Communion

    5. Place their hands out in the usual manner

    6. Receive the Host

    7. Step to the side six feet (as indicated by the floor markings)

    8. Place the Host in their mouth

    9. Pull their mask back up

    10. Make the Sign of the Cross.

    11. Return to their pew.
