Children's Faith Formation
Children in grades one through six attend sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. in St. Pius X School building. The basic curriculum is “Finding God” published by Loyola Press, which teaches basic doctrines and reviews them every year. Scripture is integrated into every lesson, as well as traditional doctrines, prayers and practices of the Church. Major feasts and seasons are celebrated, including Feast of St. Francis, St. Nicholas, Advent, Lent, Easter, and Holy Days. Additional lessons on Bible skills, the Mass and the Sacrament Reconciliation are taught at each grade level. Contact Dr. Chery Fournier with questions at 278-5684 or email her here.
